Account Success Manager
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in-office – Fair Lawn, NJ)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Account Success Manager to lead onboarding and relationship management for new clients. You’ll coordinate implementation, support office staff, and ensure long-term success for practices and health systems using our platform.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new client accounts
• Support practice managers, office staff, and clinical liaisons
• Conduct regular check-in calls and serve as a long-term point of contact
• Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and growth
• Troubleshoot client issues and guide best practices in workflow and technology

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, client success, or medical office management
• Ability to juggle multiple client needs and maintain strong relationships
• Organized and solution-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Familiarity with RPM, EMRs, or health tech tools a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000–$80,000 based on experience
