Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Manager (English/Spanish) in Carrollton, TX ($30/hr, 1st shift, temp-to-hire) to build and lead warehouse operations from the ground up. Responsibilities: ~ This role will develop and execute a project plan, set priorities, create SOPs, and implement systems for inventory control, workflow, shipping (UPS/FedEx), and OSHA compliance. Qualifications: ~ The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics management, proven experience establishing new processes, and strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: ~ Forklift certification, process improvement expertise (5S, KANBAN), and WMS/barcoding knowledge are preferred.
