About the Job: 

We are seeking dependable Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our Englewood, TN team. Candidates who are licensed in manual transmission are a strong plus. This is a local driving position that provides steady, year-round work with a Monday–Friday schedule and optional weekend shifts. Drivers are home daily and can earn additional incentive pay for night shift work. This role is ideal for safety-focused professionals who value consistency, reliability, and the benefits of W2 employment with full benefits after 90 days.

Job Summary Company Driver:

• (W2, Solo) Dump Truck Local
• Day shift
• Competitive Wage
• No Driver Load/Unload
• Home Time 5 days on, 2 days off
• Home everyday

Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.

Hiring Requirements

• Class A or B commercial license 
• Clean driving record
• 12 months Commercial Driving experience
