Job Description

What You'll Do + Manage end-to-end creative production workflows across video, CG, and digital asset creation. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. + Serve as the face of the production team-building trust and rapport across departments. + Track progress and manage tasks using tools like JIRA, Frame.io, SharePoint, etc. + Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. + Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and proactively manage risks. What We're Looking For + 3-5+ years of experience in creative project management, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team. + Hands-on experience managing video, CG, and digital content production. + Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Frame.io, SharePoint. + Strong time management and multitasking skills-you know how to keep multiple plates spinning. + A production-savvy mindset with a deep understanding of creative workflows. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-you're approachable, collaborative, and solution-oriented. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
