**Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** + Join our dynamic team as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler at a prominent military and defense facility located in Santa Ana/Costa Mesa. + You will be part of an innovative environment where you will contribute to exciting projects. + This position offers a competitive hourly rate with opportunities for overtime. + Schedules available are for 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm) and 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm). **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and/or electrical assemblies in a manufacturing setting, preferably within the aerospace, electronics, or medical industry. + Utilize common hand tools and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, depth micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, pressure gauges, multimeters, and specialized test equipment. + Read and interpret wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions accurately. + Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams, both verbally and in writing. + Adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in a high-paced, challenging work environment. + Possibility of working overtime and weekend shifts as needed. **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting. + Proficiency with common hand tools and power tools. + Proficient in computer use, including standard browser and word processing applications. + Working knowledge of common electrical components. + Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow assembly instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in electro-mechanical assembly and troubleshooting. + Familiarity with air-frame construction techniques such as rivets and mechanical fasteners. + Ability to perform validation and testing of electronic components using equipment like multimeters and oscilloscopes. + Experience in electronic box assembly troubleshooting and running functional checkouts and tests. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team that supports innovative projects like the roadrunner assembly. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
