**Electro-Mechanical Assembler** **Job Description** Join our team as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, where you will be crucial to assembling and maintaining electro-mechanical components for military and defense applications. This position is based in Santa Ana, CA, and involves working from Monday to Friday, initially from 7am to 3:30pm, but transitioning to a 10-hour shift from 6am to 4:30pm. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and grow with us. **Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical and electrical assemblies with precision and efficiency. + Utilize common hand and power tools such as pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and multimeters. + Read wiring diagrams and assembly instructions to ensure accurate construction. + Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams. + Adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment. + Possibility for overtime and weekend shifts as needed. **Essential Skills** + 4+ years experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in aerospace, electronics, or medical industries. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Strong computer skills, including standard browser and word processing applications. + Solid understanding of common electrical components and ability to read wiring diagrams. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembling complex electro-mechanical assemblies and wire harnesses. + Ability to perform validation and testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and network analyzers. + Familiarity with air-frame construction techniques such as rivets and mechanical fasteners. + Experience in electronic box assembly troubleshooting and writing issue tickets. + Ability to run functional checkouts, tests, and diagnose issues. + Experience in PCBA troubleshooting and RF systems testing. **Why Work Here?** This is a 3-6 month project with the potential to become a permanent position for top performers. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
