Description 5+ years of backend development with distributed communication systems (this is on their specialty care team supporting Revenue Operation Fee Payment System) 5+ years experience in Rust and Async Rust, Jotai, Tokio 3+ years experience building and maintaining production REST/GraphQL APIs Deep understanding of database design and optimization 3+ years experience building multi-tenant SaaS enterprise applications Strong background in systems software development, using C# and/or .Net Our client is in need for a Principal Engineer with deep Rust expertise-especially in Async Rust, to help create a strong foundation. We're looking for someone who has built and scaled a great Rust application, navigated the challenges of growth, and understands the road ahead. Extensive experience building multi-tenant SaaS enterprise applications Strong background in systems software development, using C# and/or .Net. -If Java, some experience focused on low-level systems work Proven track record of seeing projects through from early-stage development to mid/late-stage success with reasonable usage and scale Comfortable taking on multiple roles and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment Skilled at aligning technical execution with business priorities to drive product success We are looking for strong mentors with a proven record of making your team better Nice to Have Has contributed small fixes or improvements to a major Async Rust library like Tokio Some c# experience as some of our developers have a .Net background , and a shared vocabulary would be valuable Skills Rust, C#, .NET Top Skills Details Rust,C#,.NET Additional Skills & Qualifications nterprise software design principles: cloud native application design SOLID, 12 Factor applications, or similar) Expereince with distributed message & event processing, api gateway, service mesh, serverless applications; AI/ML principles, MLOps fundamentals. Expertise in microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience with creating CI/CD pipelines. Experience with scalable and resilient system design. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) offerings. Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
