We're seeking a driven and experienced Hybrid Wholesaler to join our expanding Model Portfolio Distribution team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing areas in asset management, promoting and selling model portfolios to a diverse client base. You'll leverage your expertise to build strong relationships, drive new business, and deliver exceptional client service.
What You'll Be Doing:
Be a Model Portfolio Expert: Become the go-to resource for our model portfolio offerings and industry trends.
Drive Growth: Accelerate the adoption of model portfolios within your assigned territory.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Experts: Partner with portfolio construction teams and product strategists to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Craft Tailored Solutions: Assemble teams to deliver customized presentations based on client needs.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
Leverage Data: Analyze complex data and metrics to inform client strategies.
Negotiate and Close: Negotiate sales across a wide range of products and services.
Hybrid Work: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days per week from home.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of relevant work experience.
FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain them).
5+ years of asset management sales experience (model portfolio experience preferred).
Strong sales, service, and relationship management skills.
Excellent territory management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
Self-directed and collaborative team player.
Willingness to travel regularly within the sales territory.
