Remote Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Spanish/English) Company: RWI Law Location: Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Compensation: $10 - $11 hourly + Performance Bonuses Are you a persuasive, bilingual communicator with a passion for helping people? In this role, you’ll play a critical part in converting warm leads into clients by listening with empathy, identifying legal needs, and guiding potential clients through the intake and consultation process. Note: This position requires availability during U.S. Central Time business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Responsibilities: • Engage with Prospective Clients: Conduct video calls and virtual consultations in both English and Spanish to assess legal needs and build trust. • Convert Leads: Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and guide them toward retaining legal services. • Follow Up Proactively: Keep in touch with leads who haven’t yet been retained, answer their questions, and help them move forward. • Collaborate with Legal Team: Coordinate with attorneys and management to ensure smooth client handoff and onboarding. • CRM and Call Tracking: Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and communications. • Sales Strategy Meetings: Participate in regular meetings to share performance insights and improve sales processes. Qualifications: Requirements: • Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken). • Sales-Driven: At least 2 years of experience in inside sales, client intake, or customer acquisition—legal, healthcare, or service industries preferred. • Empathetic & Confident Communicator: Able to connect with people in emotionally sensitive situations and guide them through decision-making. • Organized & Proactive: Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits and attention to detail. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, online scheduling tools, and communication platforms.
