Position: Junior Associate
Reports to : Senior Vice President of Client Management
Compensation : $20.00/hour, 40 hours per week
Location : Hybrid (remote + Asbury Park, NJ)
Approximate Start Date: August 15, 2025
Approximate End Date : January 31, 2026, with possibility to extend to June

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Junior Associate to join our team for the Fall/Winter. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public affairs, policy advocacy, and strategic communications. You will work closely with senior team members on high-impact projects for diverse clients.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of public affairs strategies.
Conduct research on policy issues, stakeholder landscapes, and industry trends.
Assist in drafting reports, memos, bios, and communication materials.
Assist in drafting creative copy including ad copy, social media copy.
Monitor earned and social media for clients and send out clips.
Attend and summarize key internal meetings and client calls.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support project execution.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Political Science, Communications, Marketing, Public Policy, or a related field.
Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in public policy, stakeholder engagement, and communications strategy.
