We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structural Engineer to become a key part of our growing firm in Sarasota, FL . Design structural systems for diverse building types — real work, not just redlines.
Visit construction sites to inspect the structures you helped design .
Prepare structural drawings and technical specs that bring ideas to life.
Collaborate with experienced engineers, drafters, and architects in a supportive environment.
Attend client meetings and coordination sessions — gain real-world exposure early.
Perform structural calculations using the latest tools and codes.
Work with leading structural software like TEKLA , RAM , ETABS , RISA , REVIT and more.
Help review drawings and documents and contribute to a high-quality final product.
A Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
0–4 years of experience (internships/co-ops count!).
EIT certification (or working toward it).
Revit proficiency — we use it daily.
Passion, curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow.
