If so, this role might be for you! About the Position Join Walmart as a Manager, Program Acceleration, Digital Transformation & (Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Platform Administrator. This Manager position will manage and oversee a broad range of critical activities including maintaining the AuditBoard environment for Global Ethics & Compliance (E&C), developing management reporting and business analytics from the GRC tool and overseeing vendor relationships. In addition, The Manager will manage and maintain the AuditBoard environment, ensuring proper functionality, user management, assessment design, inventory and workstream management and other system supports. In this role, you will be the key partner to identify key opportunities and influence key stakeholders and Global Governance teams in building strong data frameworks leveraging advanced analytics and data visualization tools. **What you'll do...** + **Drive Digital Strategy and Transformation -** Understand key processes, metrics, and business goals to analyze, interpret, and communicate business performance, identify opportunities, and enable strategic decisions. Works with leadership to execute comprehensive multi-year product roadmap. + **Serve as a Trusted Advisor -** Quickly develop trusting relationships with internal teams. Partner and participate in business strategy discussions and influence key business decisions with informed recommendations leveraging data. Be first line of support for all Global E&C users, managing service incidents and vendor relations + **Serve as AuditBoard Administrator -** Demonstrates a strong understanding of AuditBoard modules used by Global E&C, manage and maintain the AuditBoard environment, ensuring proper functionality, user management, assessment and process design, inventory and workstream management and other system supports.
