Mechanical Engineer

What You’ll Do:
✅ Collaborate across engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
✅ Develop work instructions, quality plans, and training docs to support the shop floor
✅ Assist with quoting and cost estimation by evaluating manufacturing feasibility
✅ Drive process improvements that enhance throughput, reduce waste, and boost product quality
✅ Troubleshoot production challenges and provide real-time engineering support
✅ Support new product introductions and the scale-up of production lines
What We’re Looking For:
🔧 Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
🛠️ 3–5+ years in a manufacturing/production environment
📐 Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and MS Office
✅ Strong understanding of DFM principles, quality systems, and process documentation
🗣️ Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical data for cross-functional teams
💡 Problem-solver with a practical, detail-oriented mindset
