Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Overview:

Oral Surgery of Georgia is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Appointment Scheduler to support our oral surgery patients. This role focuses on scheduling appointments, handling patient calls, and providing excellent customer service.

• Schedule and confirm oral surgery appointment.
• Answer patient calls in Spanish and English.
• Verify patient and insurance information.
• Document interactions accurately.
• Provide a positive, professional patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal).
• Healthcare, dental, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working remotely after training.
