Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Houston as Order Processing/Administrative Staff. This role primarily involves creating data from customer orders and generating necessary documentation for the warehouse and deliveries. No prior industry experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. A serious approach to work and passion for the job are the most important attributes.
Responsibilities:
Create and process data from customer orders accurately.
Print warehouse checklists based on incoming orders.
Generate and print delivery slips (納品書).
Maintain organized records of orders and documentation.
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 04:30 PM
Compensation: Starting at $16 - $17 per hour
Qualifications:
Fluency in Japanese is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Must possess a hands-on approach to work.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
No prior industry knowledge is necessary; we will train you.
A serious attitude towards work and enthusiasm are highly valued.
