Job Description

**Overview** BroadPath is hiring **Patient Support Representatives** to work from home! Patient Support Representatives are responsible for supporting patient access through scheduling, documentation, and coordination of care-related communications. This role serves as a liaison between patients and clinical teams, ensuring timely and accurate appointment management, referral coordination, and service delivery. This position offers the opportunity to advance into leadership roles for high performers who demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. If you are a senior-level Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a call center setting, ideally with a healthcare background, and you're looking for rapid career advancement - we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** + Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with care and accuracy + Review and confirm patient insurance eligibility to ensure smooth appointment workflows + Process referral and prescription renewal requests, documenting them accurately for clinical coordination + Uphold strict HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality when managing health records and communications + Scan and import documents into patient charts and ensure data is up-to-date and accessible + Keep your management team in the loop with regular updates on progress and challenges + Take on additional duties as needed and grow with our dynamic team **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent + 2+ years of prior customer service experience in a call center setting + 2+ years of prior healthcare experience + Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to accuracy + Data entry experience required + Ability to work from a quiet, private home workspace with secure storage for PHI + A reliable high-speed internet connection **Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior call center leadership experience + Experience with the EPIC application + Medical records handling experience + Basic understanding of medical terminology **Diversity Statement** _At BroadPath, diversity is our strength.
