Position Overview:

As a Primary Care Physician , you will provide comprehensive medical care, including preventive services, urgent care, chronic disease management, and coordination with specialists. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to improving the health and well-being of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver full-spectrum primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care

  • Conduct physical examinations, take health histories, and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate care based on results

  • Prescribe and manage appropriate medications, including refills and injections

  • Educate patients and families on healthy lifestyle habits and disease prevention

  • Refer patients to specialists and community resources when necessary

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical records in accordance with clinic standards

  • Provide consultation and support to mid-level practitioners

  • Participate in clinic development, peer review, continuing education, and required staff meetings

  • Promote a culture of safety and adhere to infection control protocols

  • Collaborate with clinic leadership and contribute to clinical practice standards

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

  • Valid and unrestricted Oregon Medical License (or ability to obtain)

  • Board Certification preferred

  • Experience in integrated or community healthcare settings strongly preferred

  • Commitment to patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment
