Physician - Internal Medicine or Family Practice

SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- No On-Call
- No Evenings
- Some Weekends

COMPENSATION: 
- $240,000 to $300,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience

Founded in 2019, this organization is dedicated to the medically-underserved Asian community in New York City.  Their mission is to provide value-based, high-quality care that addresses the unique cultural and linguistic needs of this community, ensuring each and every patient receives compassionate and comprehensive care.  They boast 200+ providers operating out of more than 100 clinics and representing over 20 specialities, including primary care, conducting more than 1 million patient visits each year.  They are currently hiring due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The new physician will see a variable number of patients per day, depending upon the types of appointments scheduled.  The physician will be supported by dedicated clinical assistants.

All work is within the area of standard primary care (internal medicine or family practice, based on provider background):

- annual check-ups
- follow-up visits
- chronic disease management
- sick visits

The practice uses the MDLand EHR.

There are no on-call responsibilities.

The physician will work with a majority Chinese-speaking patient population and must be fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

REQUIREMENTS:
- New York medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- must speak Cantonese or Mandarin
