Temporary Procurement Coordinator – Hybrid | Gardena, CA

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Temporary Procurement Coordinator for our client, a large, well-established national food distributor with a vital role in the military supply chain. This is an opportunity to support a mission-driven team during a critical period of operational growth and ERP transformation.

Location: Gardena, CA

Pay: $22.00 – $26.00/hour DOE

Employment Type: Temporary Contract (approx. 6 months, potential for temp-to-hire)

Target Start Date: 7/7/2025

Work Environment: Hybrid – 2 onsite days weekly + 1 additional onsite day every other week

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and generate purchase orders in xTuple and Aptean ERP systems
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to verify order accuracy and delivery timelines
• Oversee domestic transportation and logistics arrangements
• Maintain accurate documentation and high-volume email correspondence
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring procurement workflows run smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics
• Familiarity with purchasing terms (e.g., PO, COA)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• ERP system proficiency and adaptability to new tools
• Effectiveness in fast-paced , deadline-oriented environments

Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience with Aptean or xTuple
• Experience supporting ERP transitions or implementations
• Understanding of inventory management or transportation coordination
• Background in regulated or compliance-focused industries
