We are looking for a full-time Real Estate Agent Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, identifying and attracting both new and experienced real estate agents who align with our culture and standards.

What You'll Do:
Proactively source, contact, and recruit real estate agents through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking events.
Assess candidates' potential and ensure they align with our company culture and standards.
Schedule and conduct live and virtual interviews to evaluate candidates.
Utilize CRM software to track and maintain relationships with potential recruits.
Provide weekly reports on recruitment progress and hiring pipelines.
Effectively communicate our company values and growth opportunities to prospective agents.
Meet and exceed recruitment goals to support the expansion of our real estate team.

What We're Looking For:
Previous sales experience required (real estate brokerage experience is NOT required).
Strong ability to engage, persuade, and build relationships with candidates.
Experience using CRM software to manage and nurture leads.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits:
1st Year: $70,000 - $90,000
2nd Year: $100,000 - $125,000
Flexible hybrid work environment - work remotely while conducting in-person interviews as needed.
