We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple locations in the region. This role is critical in driving business growth, maintaining operational excellence, and cultivating a high-performance culture across teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in multi-site operations management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional strategies that align with business goals and maximize profitability
Lead, manage, and mentor facility managers across multiple locations to ensure consistent performance and alignment with company standards
Analyze key performance metrics and operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
Conduct routine site visits to monitor operational compliance, safety, and performance standards
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, HR, Finance) to support regional initiatives and strategic goals
Generate and present reports on regional performance to senior leadership
Proven experience in an operations management role, ideally overseeing multiple locations
Strong leadership and team development capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and client engagement
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in project management and organizational skills
Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and market conditions
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices; experience in the Scaffold Industry is highly preferred
