Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Head Office based in Lidcombe (Sydney) on a Permanent basis. This is a Junior role suited to a candidate with some business experience or a recent graduate from a Business or Finance degree who now wants to step into the business world in a highly visible role supporting the Sales Team.

Your role will be to assist in the insightful analysis of pricing issues as well as:

• Conducting customer and product profitability analysis
• Supporting and enhancing Sales Tools and Apps 
• Providing training to New Sales Employees on the Company Sales tool
• Supporting the Commissions process
• Implementing new pricing models
• Preparing monthly Sales KPI reports
• Supporting the day-to-day Sales Operations through Ad Hoc activities

To succeed in the role, you will have skills and experience including:

• A degree majoring in either Business or Finance
• Strong Microsoft skills, in particular Excel/Google sheets (lookups/pivots; knowledge of macros/google apps script will be a strong plus)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact at multiple levels of the organisation
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure
• Be articulate and persuasive with the ability to influence others through sound business judgment
