Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Sr. Analyst, Consumer & Advertiser Insights for a Global Entertainment client.

This is a 6 month contract opportunity. The role is located in Santa Monica, CA, and is hybrid with 4 days weekly onsite.

Onward Search is unable to support 1099 / Corp-to-Corp or Independent Contractor arrangements at this time. All contractors will be paid as W2 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to global quantitative research projects, synthesizing insights across multiple international markets
• Build and manage market-specific reports for flagship studies covering up to 14 regions
• Support global and regional reporting for a major Competitive Landscape study across eight markets
• Consolidate data, develop executive summaries, and create compelling narratives using strong writing and visualization skills
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including communications, business units, and senior stakeholders
• Manage end-to-end primary research processes including survey design, testing, data analysis, and reporting
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for data and insights to support sales and strategic communications
• Conduct and analyze quick-turn community surveys via internal platforms

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in primary/custom research, particularly in media, advertising, or entertainment
• Strong background in quantitative research; qualitative experience is a plus
• Proficient in survey design and research tools (experience with Qualtrics preferred)
• Skilled in data analysis, Excel, and visual storytelling using PowerPoint or Keynote
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills; comfortable working with cross-functional and executive-level teams
