Web Administrator
Location: Austin, TX (onsite)
Contract Position: 6months+ potential extension

We are seeking a skilled Web Administrator with strong WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise to manage and enhance our online presence. You’ll oversee a members-only portal, manage digital content, and collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Communications or a related field
• At least 4+ years of proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JS, and Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Proven experience with members-only portals and secure user flows
• Strong content management, publishing, and digital asset management skills
• Familiarity with email mailing systems (MailChimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins
• Set up and maintain user registration processes and account flows within WordPress CMS
• Build and manage members-only portals/online communities
• Create, edit, and publish digital content (blogs, pages, media assets)
• Coordinate and manage approval workflows for online content
• Collaborate with teams to optimize website functionality and user experience
• Work with email mailing systems for updates and member communications
• Support member registrations, logins, and account-related issues
• Provide instructional materials and assist members with portal use
• Manage timelines, multiple stakeholders, and project-related tasks
