Job Description

Bryan Ashley, a leading manufacturer of high end custom hospitality furniture, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of all Bryan Ashley projects at budgeted cost throughout North America.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Maintains constant (daily and hourly) communication with shippers, brokers, customs and other related parties via email and phone to ensure timely freight movement
• Review accuracy of freight bills
• Coordinates deliveries with customers (on site or at warehouse)
• Utilize shipping tracking tool to keep details updated
• Working closely with other departments for proper project tracking, documentation and project closeouts
