Primary Duties

• Employ a variety of hand and power tools to execute machinery maintenance as per schematics and technical documents.
• Undertake routine service and preventive maintenance activities on plant equipment.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Uphold strict adherence to Safety, Environmental, and Quality Standards.
• Contribute as a team player by performing miscellaneous duties when necessary.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of two years relevant experience, demonstrating skills in executing repairs independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification: Accreditation from technical institutions or skilled trade programs is advantageous.
• Licenses: Industrial equipment operation certifications boost candidacy.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in supporting manufacturing processes.
• Effective usage of hand tools with a knack for problem-solving.
• Experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and process documentation.
• Familiarity with Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Possession of strong manual dexterity and physical strength.
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to assimilate work directives.

Technical Proficiencies

• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and automated system troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with plastic extrusion and injection molding.
• Capability to operate an ERP system and forklifts.
