What You'll Need:

Ability to pass a drug test
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in English
7+ years of experience leading HVAC ductwork installations on large projects
Strong blueprint reading, understanding, and analysis skills
Experience with layout hangers using dimensions or a Trimble unit
Comprehensive knowledge of ductwork, duct systems, water gauge, and various materials
A team-oriented mindset with a respectful and professional attitude

What You'll Be Doing:

Assign and oversee daily tasks for job site employees
Work necessary hours to meet project deadlines
Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, 3-week look-aheads, and project progress updates
Track and submit employee work hours
Communicate regularly with Project Managers and Superintendents
Attend on-site meetings with mechanical teams and general contractors
Ensure all installations meet the highest quality standards
Represent the company professionally on job sites
